Brodock Press in Utica, N.Y. adds eight-color Komori Lithrone S40 Founded in 1962, Brodock Press specializes in commercial sheetfed printing, and has developed a special niche in the high-end color markets. The company, which employs GRACol 7 Standards throughout its operation, serves clients in the pharmaceutical, academic, advertising, fashion, and cosmetics industries. It chose the Lithrone S40 because its advanced automation makes it easy to readily produce the highly detailed applications its customers require. Brodock’s first Komori press was purchased after an analysis of the printing market with particular focus on print quality. “You do a disservice to your own business if you neglect to survey the current market from time to time.
