GRIPdigital founder and color expert joins EPG
EPG (Essex Products Group), a leader in the manufacture
and integration of color control systems based in Centerbrook, Conn.,
has signed an agreement to purchase GRIPdigital, Inc.,
and is expanding its KeyColor line to include color measurement products.

including six Benny Awards for having the top entry in a particular
category in the 2008 Premier Print Awards competition, the world’s
largest print awards event managed by Printing Industries of America/Graphic

Verso Paper grant to benefit Northeast forests
Two-year grant to Trust to Conserve Northeast Forestlands will support
FSC work
Verso Paper Corp. will provide a $100,000 grant over two years to the
Trust to Conserve Northeast Forestlands (TCNF) to expand participation
in that organization’s Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) group
forest certification program. The program seeks to identify small, family
forestland owners and to certify their lands to the FSC forest management
standard. The Verso grant will provide resources to expand the forest
management programs throughout Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachusetts,
New York and Vermont with a goal of adding 100,000 acres certified after
the first 12 months. (more)
