Rogers Print & Design owner steps aside, taps Thomas Webb as new president
Thomas Webb has been named president of Rogers Print & Design, a 15-employee mid-size sheetfed printing company in Plymouth, MA. Webb, 38, joined the company as a sales representative in February 2002.

Rogers owner Jim Harkins told employees that it was his decision to step aside as president and allow Webb to reenergize the company to take full advantage of Webbs’ demonstrated abilities in sales, customer service and production management. Harkins will remain active in the company as a full-time sales representative.

Webb stated that Rogers Print & Design will rededicate itself to excellence in customer service; will embark on a program of reinvestment in equipment, systems and personnel; and will work to develop a regional awareness as the company enters its second century. Webb and his wife Teresa reside in nearby Middleborough with their four sons.

Prior to joining Rogers, Webb worked as a sales representative and in prepress at Hanson Printing Company in Brockton. He also worked at Cranberry Graphics. He brings more than 20 years experience in graphic arts production and sales to the position.
