The 2011
Compensation & Benefits Report
presents findings from a comprehensive survey of PINE members. The survey gathered information
on general human resources policies and benefits as well as salary
and wage ranges for management/administrative personnel, and production
and technical employees.
In total, nearly 60 companies covering more than 4,000 employees were returned for
analysis. It has been segmented into three regions: MA inside 495, MA outside 495, RI and CT, and ME, NH and VT.
Each report analyzes data based on sales size
(HR policies and benefits sections) and geographic region (wage
and salary sections).
The survey findings are presented in the following tables, organized
by survey topic:
