The 2005
Compensation & Benefits Report
presents findings from a comprehensive survey of PINE members in
the months of January and February, 2005. The survey gathered information
on general human resources policies and benefits as well as salary
and wage ranges for management/administrative personnel, and production
and technical employees.
In total, more than 70 surveys were returned for
analysis. The Economics and Research Department of Printing Industries
of America constructed two final reports from the data in order
to guarantee superior results for survey participants and other
report users.
Each report analyzes data based on sales size
(HR policies and benefits sections) and geographic region (wage
and salary sections). In order to provide report users with the
best and most accurate information possible, both reports include
summary statistics on the wage and salary information of all 85
respondents.
The survey findings are presented in the following tables, organized
by survey topic:
- Statistical breakdown and background information
of the participating firms.
- Human resources policies and benefits.
- Management and administrative employee salary
and job information.
- Production employee wage information.
