Slow Pay Credit Reporting System
This online credit reporting service is available to all ACTIVE PINE members.
The Slow Pay service replaces the Printers’ Credit Exchange paper report that has existed for years.

The concept of the online credit reporting system is the same as the paper report. PINE members can share information about bad credit risks with one another in a secure environment. Slow Pay participants add the records of clients who have not paid their invoices after 30, 60 and 90 days into a secure database accessible only to members who have contacted PINE and registered as users. Once members contact PINE, they will receive a User ID and a password.

Slow Pay participants must update their company’s records every 30 days to keep the information accurate. If you fail to use your Slow Pay password within 30 days, your account automatically becomes inactive, and you will need to contact PINE to have the same User ID and password activated once again. Slow Pay is an invaluable tool for printers to check the credit status about potential clients. It has also helped to identify credit risks and save printers money.

As a member of Slow Pay, you will have access to the national database of slow-paying customers. This feature helps if you have customers spread across the country.

To get started, complete the Credit Reporting Service Agreement and return it to Bill Moody at or fax to 508-804-4119 to get your ID and password.
