From the EAST: You have the choice of the Mass Pike (Route 90) or Route 9. On the Mass Pike, travel West until Exit 12 to Route 9. After the Route 85 overpass and exit, you will approach a Volvo dealer at the top of a hill. Get into left lane for a left turn exit which is Crystal Pond Road. The distance between Exit 12 and PINE is less than 4 miles. For those taking Route 9, Southborough is approximately 33 miles West of Boston. After you pass through Natick and then Framingham, follow the directions above to Crystal Pond Road. Ingersoll-Rand is on the corner and PINE is the next driveway. Follow driveway up slight hill and turn left to our front entrance on the south of our building.

From the WEST: Follow Route 9 east, past Rte 495 for another ¾ mile (approximately). At the first set of lights after crossing 495 take a right onto Crystal Pond Road, then, after passing Ingersoll-Rand, turn right up a long driveway to PINE. Bear left around the south side of the building to our front entrance.

From the NORTH or SOUTH: Take 495 to Route 9 East (exit 23A). Follow Route 9 East for approximately ¾ of a mile. At the first set of lights after leaving 495 take a right onto Crystal Pond Road, then, after passing Ingersoll-Rand, turn right up a long driveway to PINE. Bear left around the south side of the building to our front entrance.
